Our Standard Features

Our quality and concerns for a home you can be proud of does not stop at the quality of framing. Our standard finishing features are also designed to be long lasting and trouble free.

From the frame work to the finished product you can be assured that we will do whatever it takes to gain your satisfaction in our company and trust in the home we build for you.

Doors & Windows

  1. Exterior doors are steel insulated Therma-Tru six panel. Raised to accommodate an entry rug.
  2. Interior doors are six panel painted.
  3. Closet doors are either single or double hung (depends on size of closet).
  4. Windows- CertainTeed white vinyl double pane insulated Lifetime warranty.
  5. Cultured marble window sills. (Wood or drywall sills are susceptible to damage from moisture from plants or if you leave your window open and it rains)
  6. Garage overhead doors include remote openers.

Hardware

  1. Bright brass, round door knobs.
  2. Exterior doors with deadbolts. Knobs and deadbolts all keyed alike.
  3. Privacy knobs on all bedrooms and bathrooms.
  4. Passage on all closets.

Paint

  1. All soffit, fascia, and porch ceiling on exterior receive one coat primer and two coats top quality exterior paint.
  2. All interior walls and ceilings receive one coat primer and two coats top quality paint (egg shell finish).
  3. All interior wood trim and doors receive two coats primer and two coats high gloss top quality paint.

Cabinetry

  1. Oak front, raised panel doors.
  2. Lazy Suzan corner base cabinets.
  3. Kitchen counter tops are pre-formed Formica with backsplash.

Finishing Touches

  1. Full width mirrors over bath vanities.
  2. Entire home will be cleaned, carpets vacuumed, floors, windows, mirrors and all fixtures washed. Home will be at move-in ready condition.

Guarantee

  1. Builder shall give a one year express warranty at the time of closing.
