At Gateview Construction, we are dedicated to building homes that meet our buyers' needs. We never think we are simply building roofs, walls and floors. We are building trust and dreams. That is part of the reason we are still building homes after 34 years.

The company's founder, Allen Hale, born and raised in Pueblo, developed an interest for working with wood at an early age. While in high school, in addition to taking extra woodshop classes, he worked part time for a home builder and remodeling contractor. After his graduation in 1971 he started out on his own with nothing more than a truck, a few tools and a dream. Since then his company "Gateview Construction" has become widely known throughout Pueblo County as one of the areas finest home builders.

Gateview Construction does not build dozens of homes a year.
Allen has concentrated on building a limited number of homes each year, allowing him to maintain high standards of quality by giving un-compromised attention to detail.
